The Hotel on Finchley Road, North Shore, is in one of Blackpool's more residential areas, overlooking the superb Gynn Rockery Gardens of some 2.5 acres, which has extensive rockery area, crazy golf, putting green and outdoor table tennis area, and the promenade, thus providing an open aspect to the front of the hotel whilst at the same time being conveniently situated for all of Blackpool's major attractions.

All rooms are en suite and are superbly fitted with direct dial telephones, satellite T.V., radio, tea and coffee making facilities and are centrally heated. Hair dryers available on request. The hotel caters for business persons and conference delegates, visiting the resort (many with their families). The hotel is fully protected and approved for all fire regulations.
