The Rossdene House is situated in North Shore Blackpool, only yards from the promenade. With tram and bus stops just around the corner, the Rossdene is a great place to start your holiday.

All our bedrooms are tastefully decorated to a high standard, and all of our bedrooms are en-suite. We have a selection of bedrooms to accommodate our guests including a singles, doubles and spacious family rooms. For you convenience all rooms are central heated, have remote control colour televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. Ironing boards are provided in every wardrobe. Irons and Hair Dryers available on request.
